I just wanted to give a recap of my shopping trip from last night; it was one of the best, and worst, trips, all rolled into one. I went to Albertsons and Walmart for a couple of items, but the majority came from Ralphs. The Ralphs cashier (my ONLY choice, since it was late 🙁 ) turned off her lane, and requested the manager open a new one and then supervise the transaction. She rang EACH item separately, and then each coupon that corresponded for that item, ensuring that there would be NO overage allowed on my transaction. The manager laughed and said that she was being ridiculous, and even apologized to me afterwards that the cashier was being so strict. However, I had my coupons lined up, my shopping list broken down and ready to go, and everything went perfectly. Here was my breakdown:
