Filing By Date Method: Expired Coupon Inserts to Purge! (Updated 1-10-21)

I use multiple methods to organize all of my coupons. One of these is the “file cabinet method”, which involves keeping whole inserts, and filing them by date for future reference. This is SO easy, and makes sure that I keep the overwhelming pile of inserts OFF of my desk. My file cabinet tends to fill up quickly, however, so we still need to do some housekeeping. Here is a list of all of the ENTIRE inserts that you can throw away if you are filing by date in the file cabinet method:

Purge ALL: January 2020 – June 2020

July 2020 – September 2020

7/26/20: Keep SS (exp 1/19/21)

8/23/20: Keep SS (exp 1/30)

9/20/20: Keep RMN (exp 2/20/21)

October 2020

10/4/20: Keep SS (exp 1/31/21), Purge RMN
10/11/20: Keep RMN (exp 1/11/21), SS (exp 1/11/21)
10/18/20: Keep RMN (exp 1/18/21), SS (exp 1/21/21)
10/25/20: Keep SS (exp 2/28/21), RMN (exp 1/17/21), PG (exp 1/31/21)

November 2020

11/1/20: Keep SS, Purge RMN
11/8/20: Keep RMN (exp 1/31), SS (exp 2/6)
11/15/20: Keep RMN (exp 2/15), SS (exp 2/15)
11/22/20: Keep SS (exp 1/22), RMN (exp 1/3), PG (exp 12/26)
11/29/20: NO INSERTS

December 2020

12/6/20: Keep RMN (exp 2/28), SS (exp 3/31)
12/13/20: Keep SS (exp 3/31), Purge RMN
12/20/20: NO INSERTS
12/27/20: Keep PG (exp 1/30)

January 2021

1/3/21: Keep RMN, SS
1/10/21: Keep SS
