Filing By Date Method: Expired Coupon Inserts to Purge! (Updated 4-11-21)

I use multiple methods to organize all of my coupons. One of these is the “file cabinet method”, which involves keeping whole inserts, and filing them by date for future reference. This is SO easy, and makes sure that I keep the overwhelming pile of inserts OFF of my desk. My file cabinet tends to fill up quickly, however, so we still need to do some housekeeping. Here is a list of all of the ENTIRE inserts that you can throw away if you are filing by date in the file cabinet method:

Purge ALL: January 2020 – December 2020

January 2021

1/3/21: Keep RMN (exp 4/30), SS (exp 4/30)
1/10/21: Keep SS (exp 5/1)
1/17/21: Keep SS (exp 4/18), purge RMN
1/24/21: Keep RMN (exp 5/24), SS (exp 4/25)
1/31/21: Keep RMN (exp 5/31), SS (exp 9/30), Purge PG

February 2021

2/7/21: Keep RMN (exp 5/31), SS (exp 6/1)
2/14/21: Keep RMN (exp 4/18)
2/21/21: Keep RMN (exp 5/31), SS (exp 5/31)
2/28/21: Keep SS (exp 5/13), PG (exp 5/31), Purge RMN

March 2021

3/7/21: Keep SAVE (exp 6/7), SS (exp 6/30)
3/14/21: Keep SAVE (exp 6/30), SS (exp 6/14)
3/21/21: Keep SAVE (exp 5/30), SS (exp 10/30)
3/28/21: Keep SAVE (exp 5/22), SS (exp 5/31), PG (exp 4/24)

April 2021

4/4/21: NO INSERTS
4/11/21: Keep RMN, SS
4/18/21: Keep RMN, SS
4/25/21: Keep RMN, SS, PG
