MARINATED STEAK TACOS
1 lb steak
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 t dried oregano
COOKING DAY:
Dice meat into small pieces, add ingredients to a freezer bag, and mush meat around inside bag to evenly coat. Label the bag with a title and directions, and freeze.
EATING DAY:
Remove from freezer the night before, and allow to thaw in the refrigerator. Grill meat to desired temperature, and assemble tacos.
I found that I did not chop up the meat small enough when I made the recipe, so I would recommend small pieces (although the larger pieces are great to grill, and then chop, if you are using a BBQ to cook). This meat would also be great in burritos, enchiladas, or any other Mexican themed dish!
