This one was very easy to make. I preheated the oven while I got everything together, threw the Mac n Cheese in, and prepped the fries. Everything finished at exactly the same time as well. I cooked the slabs of bacon, and then fried up the burgers in the bacon grease, and assembed everything. I am NOT a blue cheese fan, but this blue cheese was incredible. The buns were fresh and I had to slice them, and the half pound patties were juicy and perfectly seasoned. The directions were very simple, sometimes indicating “trust us on this one”, and yup; they were right! The burgers were incredible; even better than they look in the picture. Everything, down to the barbecue sauce, was perfect. The baked beans were smokey and delicious, the coleslaw was perfect and not soggy, and the BBQ Pork Mac n Cheese was absolutely delicious. The fries…I need a minute. The fries were AMAZING. We were both licking our plates, the baking sheet, everything. The Garlic Parmesan Fries were absolutely the BEST, and addictively incredible. I am very impressed with the quality of this box, and there are so many different options to choose from that you could do this every month and not run out of options.
