Product Review: The Pet Store Grooming Tool

I just received the Professional Pet Grooming Tools by The Pet Store, and I am super happy I tried this one! They even sent a bonus training clicker, which was really nice. I have a short haired dog, and even though hubby says that we need to trim her undercoat, I don’t really notice it because you can’t see it. When I tried this grooming tool, however, it pulled up a ton of hair that I didn’t even realize that she had! It is a heavy duty tool that feels very sturdy; the package says that it is for dogs, cats, and HORSES, and I think that it would be durable enough for horses too. The grip is very comfortable, and has indentations for your fingers on the handle. This is especially important with squirmy animals, although my dog didn’t mind the brushing at all. Additionally, there is a button on the top of the tool (shaped like a dog bone!) that clears out the hair out of the tines, as well as makes it super easy to remove the cover. The cover is also a nice addition since it will help to keep the tool clean when it gets tossed into a drawer for a couple of months until I need it again. Overall, I was very pleased with the product and the quality, and I would recommend it!
