There have been a LOT of changes going on in the blog over the last couple of days, and they are really going to help make your “kouponing” experience oh-so-much better! I have expanded the stores that I will be covering each week to help get you the best deals for what you have in your area. I have also added several features to make finding your deals that much easier, and have partnered with the Favado app program to keep your shopping list in the palm of your hand, while giving you the ability to check across all stores for the best deals. Here are your highlights:
Need to find the best price on chicken or eggs, but don’t want to search every.single.ad? Only have time for one grocery store and want to make sure th at you get the bes bang for your buck? This section is for you! Check out the “Katie, Where Do I Find The Best Deal On…?” section (right at the top of the page!), and type in what you are looking for, and BAM, all of the stores that have an advertised deal will magically pop up!
Also, the way that I put my shopping lists together is to go to the specific store matchups. To check out the deals going on at that store right now, you can click the store dropdown list at the top of the page, and all of that store’s deals will come up. You can also search by category on the right hand side too!
There is a new format for the matchups. All of the applicable coupons will be listed now, so that you can use whichever coupons you have available to get the deals. Coupons that are underlined are printable, and if you click the underlined words it will take you directly to the location to print the coupon. Other coupons will have the information on where to find them, like “1-22-17 RP”. Finally, there are some coupons that expire or run out of prints in the middle of the ad. Those coupons will have a line through them so that you can go to your binder and see if you have printed them, or you know that this coupon is no longer valid even though the sale is still going on.
All of your top deals for each store will be the first things that you see for each store. This is a great way to decide which stores you want to shop at, and make sure that you don’t miss the top deals. At the bottom of each page, you will also see a “Click here to see complete list” that will show you EVERY other deal that is advertised at that store for the week:
In addition to all of the new deals, there is also a coupon database. This is a live database that shows every coupon that is available, and where to find it. You can search for an item, and it will show you all coupons, rebates, store apps, and more that are available right now for that product. You can find the Coupon Database under the Resources tab at the top of the page.
Finally, and the part that I am probably most excited about, is the Favado app. This app will allow you to save all of your items for the week from the store matchups into one location so that you will always have your shopping list with you. You can also search through at the store and see if there is a better deal on something at a different store, what coupons may be available, and more, all while you are out on the go.
